Gypsum board production process

I. Process principle

Paper plasterboard is the building gypsum as the main raw material, adding the right amount of additives and fiber made of board core, to the special board paper for the protection, after processing made of board. Paper plasterboard has the characteristics of light weight, sound insulation, heat insulation, strong processing performance and simple construction method.

II. Process Flow

Gypsum/gypsum powder - drying - cooling storage - clinker calcining - meter - mix (water, dry admixture, wet material admixture) - pulp molding (protective paper) - coagulation - cut - drying - filter - saw edge sealing side - - - stacking

1. Forming and conveying part

2. Drying part

The boiler provides steam as a heat source. After the steam is replaced by hot air through the heat exchanger, it is sent by the fan (into the dryer) to complete the drying task inside the dryer. The drying function is very good to complete the drying curve of gypsum board drying and avoid the defects such as over-burning and non-drying.

3. Packaging of finished products

After completion of drying, the dryer will be sent to the horizontal system by the board eader to complete the fixed length edge cutting and automatic wrapping of gypsum board, and then it will be sent to the automatic stacking machine by the finished product conveyor for stacking, and then transported to the packing area for inspection and packaging by the forklift.
